Untitled Poem

Boy knew Girl liked him

I guess he thought that she would like

His tongue snaking into her mouth

His fingers scraping her down

His hand at the back of her neck, like a leash

Keeping her mouth close to his

Swallowing her protests, Ignoring her march against

It worked

The protestor went home, put down her torch

Because after all Boy must like her too

Boy Wouldn’t hurt her

After all, she thought,

If you cannot beat them, join them
